Despite the rapid growth of Thailand’s health and beauty industry, it continues to face several critical “business process problems.” These include limited and insufficient channels for connecting various industry players, as well as the lack of a conducive ecosystem (Building Conducive Ecosystem) where suppliers, researchers, manufacturers, and investors can efficiently converge. Moreover, the linkage quality among different segments of the industry lags behind the rapid growth of the health and beauty market, causing many businesses to spend excessive time and resources searching for standardized raw materials or scientifically backed research. This gap also hinders the creation of new, globally competitive innovations.
It is against this backdrop that “Activlist” has emerged as a digital platform designed to address these industry challenges by consolidating extracts and raw materials supported by bioscience research, connecting researchers, entrepreneurs, and investors to reduce complexity, increase transparency, and fill a critical gap in the supply chain of Thailand’s health and beauty sector.
ACTIVLIST PLATFORM
A Marketplace for Extracts
Activlist is a digital platform developed to enhance Thailand’s health and beauty industry by linking “producers – researchers – entrepreneurs” in the transparent, secure, and internationally standardized trading and exchange of herbal extracts that have undergone scientific research and development. The platform aims to promote the use of locally sourced raw materials, reduce reliance on imports, and expand export opportunities for high-quality products worldwide.
Additionally, it aligns with the BCG Economy (Bio-Circular-Green Economy) strategy by establishing a business ecosystem that fosters sustainable collaboration among the agricultural sector, research institutions, and health and beauty entrepreneurs.
Through this initiative, Activlist places emphasis on strengthening the potential of Thai herbs, along with various raw materials and extracts that meet recognized quality standards in terms of efficacy and safety—standards that include MSDS, COA, and relevant bioscience data. The platform’s user experience is designed to be seamless for researchers looking to build upon their work, manufacturers and brands seeking premium raw materials, and investors looking for new opportunities in Thailand’s health and beauty industry. Altogether, this foundation will help drive the Thai health and beauty market toward growth and global competitiveness.

OUR STORY
Thailand currently boasts a large volume of advanced technology and innovation-driven research conducted by expert researchers at various research institutions and universities nationwide. However, much of this valuable research fails to reach its full commercial potential due to complex procedures, high investment costs, and a lack of expertise in effectively transferring research outcomes into commercial products.
Activlist recognizes the importance of these research efforts and is committed to supporting researchers and research institutions by correctly introducing their work into the industry. This will benefit research centers, researchers, and farmers—generating increased income and fostering a sense of pride—while also enabling consumers to access high-efficacy, safe products containing Thai-researched active ingredients.
The Activlist platform has been funded by the Thailand Center of Excellence for Life Sciences (TCELS) under the project “A Trading System for Bioactive Compounds and Herbal Extracts for the Cosmetics, Dietary Supplement, and Herbal Product Industries.” This support has been crucial in helping Activlist make tangible progress in bridging research and industry. As a key agency promoting and supporting the development of Thailand’s life sciences sector, TCELS plays an important role in fostering this collaboration. Consequently, the partnership between Activlist and TCELS represents a pivotal step toward sustainable economic and social development in Thailand.
